Frank Bsirske of the German labor union Ver.di and President of UNI Europa, welcomed the members of EU Athletes after a presentation by Walter Palmer at the UNI Europa Executive meeting in Madrid, Spain. The establishment of a Sport sector within UNI Europa is an important step forward for athletes and sport workers throughout Europe.
